Payment Policy

A Deposit to dawnsweb.net is required before any project will be started. Deposits are based on an estimate of the entire project total, usually equal to 50%. Estimates are intended to be as close as possible to the total amount of the project, but are subject to change if/when the scope of the project changes. dawnsweb.net will only start or modify any project upon agreement in Payment Terms. Website projects are uploaded to a temporary location for review and modification. Final Payment is due upon project completion, and only after Payment has cleared will the website project be uploaded to it's permanent location.

For those choosing to enroll in a Website Maintenance package, the Website Maintenance Invoices are issued after each month of Website Maintenance has been completed, and are Due on Receipt. Any customer/client account with an Invoice of more than two months overdue is subject to being taken offline, and will not go online again until the account is paid in full, including the reinstatement fee. Invoices are the responsibility of the customer/client regardless of the website status, as Invoices reflect work previously completed. A Collection Agency will be contacted in the event of non-payment.
